π¦How long will it take for my order to arrive?
I'm just one gyaru handmaking your order with love π so please allow 2–3 open days for me to prepare it! Shipping from France, delivery time will vary depending on your location:
France & Europe: approx. 3–7 business days
USA & International: up to 3 weeks
βοΈ What shipping methods do you offer?
Since everything is on the smaller side, orders are shipped via envelope mail through your local postal service.
β²οΈ Do you offer express or expedited shipping options?
Not at the moment, express options from France start at €35 π΅π«However, choosing the tracked shipping option often speeds things up and gives peace of mind!

France: €2.78 / €3.28 (tracked)
Rest of the world: €4.50 / €7.30 (tracked)
π Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, absolutely!! I know how sad it is to fall in love with something and realize it doesn’t ship to you π

π What if my package is lost or damaged?
Once your package is shipped, it’s in the hands of the postal system. I'm not responsible for lost or damaged items — especially for untracked shipping — but feel free to reach out and I’ll try to help however I can π
π« Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
Please message me as soon as possible if you need to change your address! If I haven’t shipped it yet, I’ll be happy to update it π
Refunds and Exchanges
π Can I exchange my items for a different colorway/text option?
Each item is made-to-order, so exchanges and returns are not available unless there was a mistake on my end - thank you for understanding! π
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Since each piece is handmade-to-order, cancellations and edits can only be made if I haven't started on it yet. Please contact me as soon as possible if something comes up!
