Who's behind Maruya? 🌺

It's Mae! A gyaru that is seeing the lack of availability in very-sought for Gyaru items from the Heisei Era, such as the iconic clothes, belts, necklaces... I really want to bring back Heisei Gyaru to the best I can! 

I've known about Gyaru since around 2012 but only became a Gyaru myself in 2021, and slowly watched as everything became expensive and impossible to get... Instantly I went and DIY'ed my biggest wants. Creating my own brand was a scary thought but it feels right to do for the community! 🌺

πŸ“¦How long will it take for my order to arrive?

I'm just one gyaru handmaking your order with love πŸ’… so please allow 2–3 open days for me to prepare it! Shipping from France, delivery time will vary depending on your location:

France & Europe: approx. 3–7 business days

USA & International: up to 3 weeks

Since everything is on the smaller side, orders are shipped via envelope mail through your local postal service.

 

⏲️ Do you offer express or expedited shipping options?

Not at the moment,  express options from France start at €35 😡‍πŸ’«However, choosing the tracked shipping option often speeds things up and gives peace of mind!

Refunds and Exchanges

Each item is made-to-order, so exchanges and returns are not available unless there was a mistake on my end - thank you for understanding! πŸ’–

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Since each piece is handmade-to-order, cancellations and edits can only be made if I haven't started on it yet. Please contact me as soon as possible if something comes up!
